Fast forward to today, and he has redeemed himself by pricing his tires at VERY comparable prices that you find on the internet. It actually comes out after mounting and balancing to the very same you would pay if you bought tires online and had a shop mount and balance for you.

This is an edited review. While 2 years ago I had an experience with Friga Tire I wasn't happy about, I will have to say they have more than redeemed themselves. I had previously had a bad experience with Friga tire regarding me having them install some tires I bought off of the internet. I won't get into to detail but the experience wasn't pleasant.
