There was only one person working and over 10 people waiting. After an hour wait with standing room only it was finally my turn. Im new to Missouri so I had to have a waiver faxed about property taxes. I called and got that faxed and waited another hour and it turns out the lady just never checked the fax machine. When I asked her to check it she gave me attitude and didnt remember anything about she fax she said I needed. Then before I could grab my paperwork someone else jumped in front of me which she was fine with. She also turned people away as early as 2pm saying she wasn't going to be able to get to them today. When I finally left an hour later she was helping people who had just walked in. Her attitude and laziness have ensured I will never go to this DMV again.
