UPDATE to previous review. 5 STARS for the last two deliveries. Top notch customer service. Brought my delivery all the way to the porch. I'm happy now. PREVIOUS review; I used to have great service for years until the man retired. Now the new young man is awful. Will not drive down lane to put package at door which is not five feet from my front door. Will not leave it in my truck. Will not drive down lane and beep the horn. Instead leaves sticker on mailbox with package below mailbox announcing to all that package is here "TAKE ME". Package left out at road. To top it off drops it in a poison ivy patch or ties it to the street sign. Lazy, lazy, lazy. Sure do wish I had the great service that my old delivery man gave me for years. He is missed.
Delivered my packages to wrong address and when talking to them in the phone they were rude and just said sorry and hung up on me.
They have delivered packages since I moved here,but last few years its been hide in seek. So glad they decided for me to pick up the packages at the store. I did go to the store, easy to find, but hubby went in to get packages.
If they had a negative star option that's what I'd choose. Laziest most inconsiderate company know to man. Drivers are not proper men, for they won't deliver packages to your door because they don't want to scratch their trucks up. Would never recommend ups deliveries out of Willow Springs, MO. They also delivered my packages to the wrong address. So much for Father's Day gifts...
